Hi guys Just wondering how strict the meal plan is that accompanies AX1, as well as all those suggested supplements. I signed up yesterday and now that I have access to the meal plan, it honestly doesn't look like enough food (or coffee) and no quantity sizes are given. I'm a tall guy and so counting calories to reach 3500 for the past year has helped me a lot to gain muscle mass. I also take two protein shakes a day so I just get the powder from my local health shop.
